Alpine Heaven — Annecy

About this Ginchy

A clear, bright day in Annecy, France, frames this view of a narrow canal lined with traditional tall buildings. Pastel facades reflect in the still water, while the sharp ridges of the Alpine mountains provide a backdrop to the scene. Pink blossoms add colour to the foreground architecture and stone canal walls.
