A request, not a purchase

Submitting the form requests a personally prepared proof. It does not complete a purchase and no payment is due when you submit your photograph.

Photograph ownership and permission

By submitting a photograph, you confirm that you own its copyright or have all the permissions needed to use and submit it.

Please do not submit a photograph that infringes another person’s copyright or any other legal rights.

You remain responsible for obtaining all permissions required before submitting the photograph.

GinchyPrints may refuse or cancel a request if we reasonably believe the photograph infringes copyright or is otherwise unsuitable for the service.

By submitting a photograph, you give GinchyPrints a non-exclusive licence to store, process and transform the image only to prepare your proof, fulfil any resulting order and provide customer support.

Copyright in the original photograph remains with you or the original copyright owner.

Review and suitability

GinchyPrints personally reviews each photograph and may decline images that are unsuitable, unlawful, technically unusable or inconsistent with the service.

The title and subtitle you provide are proposed wording for the proof. We may suggest small wording or layout refinements during proof preparation. Optional comments help us understand your request but do not guarantee a particular edit or alteration.

Proof timing

We normally email a proof within 48 hours. This is an aim rather than an absolute guarantee, and complex requests or exceptional demand may take longer.

Approval and payment

Approving a proof is approval of the artwork only. It is not an order for a particular total, and no payment is requested at that point.

After you approve your proof, we prepare your order and send you a secure link to confirm it. There you choose collection or postal delivery, give delivery details if your order is being posted, and see the complete total, including any discount and the delivery charge, before you confirm.

Confirming the order means you agree to the order details and total shown to you. No payment is taken online at any stage — payment is arranged with you separately afterwards.

Delivery is not included in the artwork price. You may decline without obligation at either stage.

Privacy and publication

Photographs and prepared artwork are not automatically published, added to the gallery or resold. Any future publication would require a separate clear agreement.
